PlayStation Console Setup

1. Power the Sony PlayStation console. Login as required.

2. Setup the Sony PlayStation to enable PS Remote Play:
PS4 - From the function screen, go to Settings > Remote Play Connection Settings, and then turn on Enable Remote Play. From the function screen, go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4, and then select Activate. You can enable this setting on only one PS4 console for each account.
PS5 - From the home screen, select Settings > System > Remote Play-> Enable Remote Play.

3. Write down the 8 digit pin code displayed on the screen as it will be needed in the steps below. You have about 5 minutes to pair the PlayStation to the Sentinel. Return to the Sentinel.

4. Select the Pin field in Chiaki and enter the 8 digit Pin code previously written down from the PlayStation screen.

5. Click the Register button. If all is correct this will pair the Sentinel with your PlayStation console. A picture of a PlayStation Console should now appear and its status shown on the screen.

6. Click on the button next to Audio Out and select the appropriate audio output (selection names may vary):
Audio Jack: BUILT-IN AUDIO ANALOG STEREO
HDMI 1 Audio: VC4-HDMI-0
USB Audio Adapter: USB PNP Sound Device
Note: Do not change any other settings

7. Click on Quit to end and log out of setup.

A message will be displayed with instructions for how to assign this PlayStation console pairing to selected users.
Important: The Sentinel Login Screen will not allow a normal PS Remote Play login until the system has been restarted.
